This week's verse: Romans 15:19 ... He has given me the power of the Holy Spirit.

Questions to Discuss with Your Child:

1. What do you think Easter is about? After kids talk, share: Easter is about Jesus.

2. What did Jesus do to save us? Ideas: die and come back to life; forgive us; make us God’s friends; give us the power of the Holy Spirit; show how to live for God, etc.

3. When do you get the power of the Holy Spirit? When you believe in, trust, and follow Jesus.

4. What do you think the Holy Spirit gives us the power to do? Ideas: live for God; choose God’s way; share God’s love; pray big prayers; say no to wrong choices; have peace, joy, kindness, patience, self-control, etc.
