Bible Story: Elijah and the Widow at Zarephath (1 Kings 17:8-16) 

Questions to Discuss With Your Child:

How do you think the widow felt when Elijah asked her for food, even though  she had so little? How would you feel in her place? 

Why do you think the widow trusted Elijah and followed his instructions? What  helps you trust God when you have to do something hard? 

Can you think of a time when you or your family needed something  important, and God provided it for you? How did that make you feel? S
