Questions to Discuss with Your Child:

1. What do you think “jealous” means? Ideas: Wanting someone else’s things so much you feel sick inside.

2. What’s something someone else has that you really wish you had, too?

3. Who can you talk to when you feel jealous? Ideas: God, parents, leaders, trusted adults, etc.

4. If you want more stuff, it might make you forget the good stuff. What good stuff do you already have?

5. If you want more stuff, remember God gave us the best gift, ever—Jesus. What do you think is so good about having Jesus?
